My experience with -RKPrime- and May Thai has been a life-changing journey. I have gained a new appreciation for Thai culture, martial arts, and the importance of respect, discipline, and self-control. I am grateful for -RKPrime-'s guidance, patience, and expertise, which have helped me grow as a person and a martial artist.

Under -RKPrime-'s guidance, I began to learn the fundamentals of May Thai. The first lesson was on the importance of respect and tradition in May Thai. I learned about the Wai Kru Ram Muay, a traditional dance performed before each fight to show respect to the teachers, parents, and the art itself. -RKPrime- emphasized that respect is a core value in May Thai, and it is essential to demonstrate respect to oneself, others, and the art.

As an exchange student, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and learn about its customs, traditions, and way of life. One of the most enriching experiences I had was discovering the art of May Thai, a traditional Thai martial art, under the guidance of the renowned instructor, -RKPrime-. In this article, I will share my journey of learning May Thai and the valuable lessons I gained from this experience.

Learning May Thai was not just about physical movements; it was also about immersing myself in Thai culture. -RKPrime- introduced me to traditional Thai music, dance, and food, which enriched my understanding of the art and its context.
