After extraction, you should have a folder named something like com.rockstargames.gtav or com.gtav.mobile inside the OBB directory. Inside that folder, there must be a file named main.obb (or several split files). If you see a folder inside a folder, move the OBB file up one level.

Run the Mod APK file you downloaded. Do not open the game yet.

If the folder "obb" does not exist inside the Android folder, create it manually.

Open ZArchiver. Navigate to your Downloads folder. Tap the Gta_5_Obb_1.6GB.zip file. Select "Extract to..." The destination must be: Storage/emulated/0/Android/obb/
